Cocoa Party Snack Mix
Yield: 10 cups
Ingredients

butter

granulated sugar

unsweetened cocoa
|
|
|
| 3 |
cups |
bite size wheat cereal squares
|
|
|
| 3 |
cups |
toasted oat cereal rings
|
|
|
| 2 |
cups |
miniature pretzels
|
|
|
| 1 |
cup |
salted peanuts
|
|
|
| 2 |
cups |
raisins
|
|
|
Directions:
Place butter in 4- quart bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in sugar and cocoa. Add cereals, pretzels and peanuts to butter mixture; stir until well coated. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Stir in raisins; microwave HIGH 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Cool completely. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
