Ham and Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

mashed potatoes

garlic powder

diced, fully cooked ham
|
|
|
| 4 |
ounces |
shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
whipping cream, whipped
|
|
|
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the potatoes and garlic powder. Spread into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with ham.
Fold cheese into whipped cream; spoon over ham.
Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
