Brandied Cranberries

Ingredients

(12 oz.) fresh cranberries

cups |
sugar
|
|
|
| 2 |
teaspoons |
grated orange peel
|
|
|
| 3 |
tablespoons |
brandy
|
|
|
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover; stir. Bake an additional 30-40 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture is slightly thickened. Serve warm.
