Ingredients

all purpose flour
|
|

| 1/2 |
teaspoon |
salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Spray only eight of the muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, beat milk, egg, flour and salt just until smooth. Pour into eight greased muffin cups. Fill the remaining muffin cups two-thirds full with water.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Bake 20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown.
