Classic Rice Salad

Ingredients

(2 oz.) diced pimentos

chopped, hard cooked eggs

|
Directions:
Blend rice, chopped onion, pickles, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, pimentos and hard cooked eggs thoroughly. Chill completely. Serve on lettuce leaves.
