Fruity Peanut Butter Quesadillas

Ingredients

peanut butter

(7-inch) flour tortillas
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
sliced fresh strawberries
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
banana, thinly sliced
|
|
|
|
|
Nonstick cooking spray
|
|
|
Directions:
Spread peanut butter evenly over 3 of the tortillas. Top with strawberry and banana slices. Place remaining tortillas over fruit; press down.
Heat large skillet until hot. Lightly spray top of quesadilla with cooking spray. Cook in skillet 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn and cook an additional 2-4 minutes on other side until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut into wedges.
