Sweet Baby Carrots

Ingredients

(16 ounce) fresh baby carrots

apple juice
|

| 3/4 |

water
|
|
|
| 1/3 |
cup |
honey
|
|
|
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine carrots, apple juice, water and honey. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 14 minutes or until carrots are tender. Drain and serve hot.
