Baja Taco Salad

Ingredients

tortilla chips, slightly crushed

(8 oz.) iceberg lettuce, shredded

(11 oz.) Mexicorn, drained
|
|
|

Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
|

prepared salsa
|
|
|

(3 oz.) shrimp
|
|
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
green onion, thinly sliced
|
|
|
Directions:
Divide tortilla chips onto 2 plates. Top with layers of lettuce, corn and cheese. Spoon salsa over salads. Top with shrimp and green onions.
