English Cheddar Burgers

shredded sharp yellow Cheddar cheese (4 ozs. )

medium clove garlic, crushed

|

Steak Sauce

|

|
English muffins, fork split, toasted and buttered

BASIC A.1. HAMBURGERS

ground beef
|
|
|

A.1. Steak Sauce
|
|
|
Directions:
Prepare Basic A.1. Hamburgers: In medium bowl, lightly combine all ingredients. Form 6 patties to fit bread shape of your choice. Broil, barbecue or pan fry until cooked as desired. Combine cheese, onion, garlic and A.1. Spread 2 tablespoons over each cooked hamburger patty. Broil to melt cheese. Serve on muffins.
